in experiential group therapy, Gestalt therapy, grief and loss, psychodrama,
and relationship counseling.
Nancy
provides individual and group counseling as well as personal growth workshops
on a variety of topics including eating disorders, self care, anger
management, and relationship healing.

Fees
Ann Smith
Individual 50 minute Session: $95
Couples - One hour session: $100
Other Therapists
Individual 50 minute session: $90
Group Therapy two hour session: $50
EMDR (Eye Movement Desentization Reprocessing)
First Session: $120
$100 per hour thereafter
Policy Of Financial Responsibility For Clients
Commitment to one’s personal growth encompasses all areas of living,
including the financial. All research has shown that a client who pays for his
or her own treatment has a better treatment outcome. As you proceed in the
serious process of changing your life, it is our expectation that you will pay
responsibly, on time and in full for each session. Group clients may elect to
pay four weeks in advance.
Checks should be made payable to ANN SMITH COUNSELING. Visa, MasterCard and
Discover are also accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
Sessions canceled 24 hours ahead will be rescheduled without charge.
Without 24 hours notice you will be responsible for paying for the hour you
scheduled unless the time slot can be filled at the last minute. Please be
considerate of therapists who travel to this office from outside the
Harrisburg area in giving notice.
Group clients are expected to pay for all groups missed unless previously
cleared, such as vacation, with a maximum of two excused (unpaid) absences per
12 month period.
No charge is made for cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions for
individual or group sessions.
Insurance Reimbursement:
A summary of services will be provided upon request however it is possible
that your insurance will not cover our services. Any questions and exceptions
may be handled directly with Ann Smith. We cannot guarantee reimbursement but
will help in any way we can. If this involves extensive paper work, an
additional charge may be made.
Books & Tapes
Books & audio tapes may be purchased or borrowed. Please sign out and
return in 2 weeks if possible. Reminders will be sent periodically.
